In addition, she possesses excellent written and oral communication skills. Becoming proficient in Quicken, she handles the financial responsibilities of specific accounts.

Jeni has also maintained, for over 20 years, a part-time Massage Therapy business where she serves as the founder, practitioner, and Principal of Heavenly Touch – specializing in Chair massage and Swedish massage.

Jeni began her professional career as an assistant accountant at a Pharmacy; following a year of college courses in accounting, at Paris Junior College. She then had an epiphany “to do something meaningful with her life” and changed directions to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies; with minors in English, History and Psychology, from East Texas State University in 1992.

Furthering her education, Jeni acquired specialization certifications in Early Childhood, and Physical Education. Her early teaching career in Northeast Texas, specifically Red River County, included teaching: Early Childhood and Physical Education, followed by teaching Special Needs students at all grade levels.

Moving to the Dallas metroplex in 1997, Jeni continued teaching in the special needs unit for Plano ISD until she obtained another specialized teaching certification and began teaching Kindergarten ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). She retired, from teaching, in this position in 2001.

Jeni has always had a passion to help people. During her teaching career and the beginning of her massage practice, Jeni worked part-time as an aerobics instructor and certified personal trainer and is still active in physical fitness today. Furthermore, Jeni became an ordained minister so that she could officiate weddings.
