A review process designed to evaluate prospective contract agreements and ensure that appropriate language is in place to adequately protect the interests of the organization.

This process specifically involves working with attorneys and procurement professionals to draft language that enhances and strengthens the “business” terms of an agreement (an area often overlooked by other professionals in the industry). Rather than looking at the legal aspects of contracts, specific focus is given to those areas that have a direct relationship on the pricing (both base contract and change orders), job cost accounting and billing of a project. It also provides appropriate focus to the right-of-audit provision.
